The feature modifies the inventory cost calculation for items that are assigned the Monthly average cost inventory model that is specific to China. If the feature is enabled, the inventory cost calculation during inventory closing does not take in account inventory transactions that have Receipt status as Received or Issue status as Deducted, even if the Include physical value flag is enabled on the item model group of the item.
