This feature provides an option for the user to allocate charges (actual or notional) to the import order lines in the Bill of Entry form based on items receipt quantity or value. In the case of a partial quantity receipt scenario for import orders, charges are included in the assessable value for determination of duty & taxes based on submitted a Bill of entry (BOE) form.
